Forgotten

"Forgotten" is my first 3D animated short revolving around the themes of being forgotten resulting from carelessness. The audience gets a sneak peek of how the doll feels as we dive into the world of neglect. To make it more personal, this piece is created to be shown from the eyes of the rag doll where he feels abandoned and unloved. His owner may be out there looking for him, but to him, it is only a thought he could dream of but never know for sure until one day he is found and loved again.

Three-dimensional art and animation have started to garner much more attention in the recent years; due to this rising phenomenon in the film industry and my love for making dreams and imaginations come to life, I have dedicated Forgotten to this medium to make the story or the instance seem much more real to the audience. At the end of the day, when the animation clip is watched, and after the audience has gotten over the cutesy side of the piece, I want the audience to reflect upon that feeling of sadness and loneliness and truly emphasize with the character I created.
